What businesses actually ask for — and how the agent does it

We reviewed 246 tasks that companies post on freelance boards and in vacancies (fl.ru, freelance.ru, YouDo, Weblancer, Profi.ru, hh.ru — September 2026) and English posts on Upwork and Freelancer. Half of them, 124, are the three kinds of work below. Wording is quoted verbatim with the source; next to it — what the agent does at each step and what you get.

246job posts reviewed
62assistant: reports, minutes, checks, assignments
50leads: lists, contacts, outreach, qualification
12first line: customer replies, request intake

Counts come from our sample of 20 source pages, not market statistics. The other 122 posts — development, design, marketplaces, reviews — are outside our scope.
