Privacy policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how personal data of visitors of ai-automation.llc (the Site) is processed. Our data handling is aligned with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, PDPL) and, for visitors from Russia, with Federal Law No. 152-FZ. By using the Site and submitting a form you confirm that you have read this policy.

3. Data we collect
- Contact form: name (optional), a contact for our reply — phone, Telegram username or e-mail, a free-text description of the task, the language and page the request was sent from.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages and events on the Site (views, button clicks), date and time — collected by the Site's own analytics and, with your consent to cookies, by Google Analytics.
- Cookies: managed through the consent dialog (Cookiebot); without consent only strictly necessary cookies are used.
We do not collect sensitive data and do not ask for anything not needed to answer your request.
4. Purposes
- replying to your request, preparing an automation plan, agreeing terms and concluding a contract;
- contacting you through the channel you provided;
- keeping a record of requests in our task-management system;
- analysing how the Site is used and improving its content (anonymised statistics).
5. Legal basis
Your consent given by submitting the form; performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; our legitimate interest in maintaining Site statistics that does not override your rights.
6. Processing, sharing and retention
- Form data is delivered to our team as a Telegram notification and stored in our task-management system; the Site and these systems run under our control.
- We do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing. Data may be shared only with infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics) to the extent needed to run the Site, and with authorities where the law requires it.
- Request data is kept until the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, and no longer than 3 years after the last interaction; Site statistics are kept in anonymised form.
- Safeguards: access restriction, encrypted transport (HTTPS), role separation, access logging.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction, restriction or erasure of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to info@ai-automation.llc from the contact you used in the form. We respond within the statutory period. After withdrawal of consent the processing stops and the data is deleted unless the law requires otherwise.
8. Cookies and analytics
You can change cookie settings at any time through the Site's consent dialog. The Site's own analytics records events without building user profiles; Google Analytics is loaded only after consent to statistics cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always available at ai-automation.llc/privacy-en with its date.
